Rohl for Congress to hold pig roast fundraiser

MARSEILLES, Ill. — Friends of Wanda Rohl for U.S. Congress will hold a fundraiser from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12, at the Laborers’ Local 393 Hall, 322 Main S., in Marseilles, Ill.

Wanda Rohl, of Ottawa, states that she is a citizens’ candidate and that she has a 100-percent grassroots campaign with all volunteers.

Rohl has been gaining a lot of support from local unions. Her husband is a union employee and Wanda Rohl has stated several times she is a strong supporter of unions.

The campaign urges the public to attend the roast and meet Wanda. There will also be other food available and drinks. Cost is $20 at the door. Sponsorships are available at three different levels.
