YORKVILLE, Ill. — The Yorkville Area Chamber of Commerce monthly Woman 2 Woman luncheon is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012.

This month’s program, “Fightin’ Words," is presented by Gail Johnson and Pam Parr of Face to Face Communications & Training.

Everyone has words that makes their blood pressure rise, their tempers flair, and put them in battle mode. In today’s competitive business environment eliminating those “fightin’ words” with your customers, leads to increased loyalty, increased referrals and increased sales.

This program will explore real life scenarios and how seemingly innocent words can turn even people into a Ninja Warrior.

The W2W luncheon will take place at Ralph’s Place at Blackberry Oaks Golf Course in Bristol from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13. Cost for the luncheon is $20 for YACC members and $25 for non-members.

Reservations are due Nov. 9 by calling 630-553-6853 or emailing support@yorkvillechamber.org.
