Morris man arrested for trespassing at Saratoga Tower

A Morris man was arrested at Saratoga Tower Monday morning after previously being warned against being on property.

According to the Morris Police Department report, two officers and a sergeant responded to the residential building at 1700 Newton Place to remove a subject.

They arrested Samuel J. Jenkins, 32, for criminal trespass to real property. The report said he had been given warning in the past against trespassing on the property. He was issued a citation and complaint and was released with a notice to appear.
