Gardner man pleads guilty to battery charge
Vernon E. Kilgore Jr., 49, of Gardner, pleaded guilty to a June 19 charge of battery for making physical contact, a Class A misdemeanor and a charge that was amended from an earlier charge of battery causing bodily harm.
He was sentenced to six months of court supervision and fined $200 and ordered to attend counseling.
