Joliet woman taken into custody for obstructing police officer
Grundy County deputies arrested Taylor M. Kessel, 22, of Joliet, for obstructing a peace officer Sunday, Oct. 28 at 690 W. Judson Street, Carbon Hill.
According to the criminal complaint, Kessel allegedly obstructed the performance of a Grundy County deputy and sergeant and two Coal City officers who were attempting to arrest her.
