Grand jury returns indictments against 13
The Grand Jury of the Grundy County Circuit Court met Nov. 7 and came back with the following indictments:
• Emmanuel Esparza, 25, of Calumet Park, was indicted on an Oct. 29 charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, a Class 4 felony. According to the indictment, Esparza unlawfully possessed a substance containing alprazolam.
Deputy Brett Black of the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department testified.
