Festival of Lights parade set for Nov. 23

OTTAWA, Ill. — The Festival of Lights parade will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 23, in Ottawa.

Everyone is invited to celebrate the holiday season with the lighting of historic Washington Square Park in Ottawa.

The event will include a visit from Santa, the holiday parade, Victorian Christmas at the Mansion and festive decorations. Parade begins at 6 p.m. All events are weather permitting.
