Counterfeit insurance card nets probation

Todd A. Osinski, 42, of Minooka, pleaded guilty to a Sept. 13, 2011, charge of unlawful making of a counterfeit motor vehicle insurance card, a Class 4 felony.

He was sentenced to 30 months of probation and ordered to pay $465 in fees and costs, plus a monthly $20 probation fee.
