• Douglas M. Lyons, 32, of 744 Armstrong St., was arrested by Illinois State Police troopers for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license. He was held at the Grundy County jail pending a bond hearing.
