Michael V. Panti, 29, reported as homeless in Morris, was arrested Dec. 7 by Morris police on a charge of possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, and on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Cindy Lee Scovill, 39, of Morris, was arrested Dec. 9 by Morris police on a Grundy County warrant for failure to appear in court on an aggravated battery charge.
