Rezin Orthopedics and Sports Medicine awarded the winners of its 10th annual Medical Scholarships Program. The two recipients this year are Ariana Wilson of Minooka and Kevin Wendling of Morris.

Wilson and Wendling were chosen after a very difficult selection process from an exceptional group of candidates. They were both awarded $1,000 to be used to help with the costs associated with their education.

Wilson is a recent graduate of Minooka Community High School and is presently enrolled at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, pursuing her passion of becoming an orthopedic surgeon.

Wendling is a recent graduate of Morris Community High School and is currently enrolled at St. Ambrose University in Iowa. He plans to pursue his doctorate degree in physical therapy.
