Balloons on tap for centennial event
Library’s decorative demonstration scheduled for Jan. 24
The Morris Area Public Library is holding a monthly Vintage Craft Series in 2013 in celebration of its 100th birthday.
The first of this series will teach participants how to make a decorative mini hot air balloon out of an ornament, mini basket, glitter glue, etc.
