Phillip Sherman Palmer
WILMINGTON, Ill. — Mr. Phillip Sherman Palmer, 90, of Wilmington, Ill., and formerly of Toledo, Ill., passed away Saturday evening, Jan. 19, 2013, at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee, Ill.
The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, until the time of funeral services at 11 a.m. at Freitag-Reeves & Baskerville Funeral Home, 700 East Kahler Road, Wilmington. Pastor Raymond Jones from the Church of God will officiate.
Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Wilmington.
