ILLINOIS STATE POLICE

• Antonia F. Heard, 23, was arrested by state police and booked into the Grundy County Jail Jan. 18 on charges of driving while license revoked and obstruction.

• David L. Griffin, 47, was arrested by state police and booked into the Grundy County Jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession with the intent to deliver.

• Shawn M. Hayes, 22, was arrested by state police and booked into the Grundy County Jail on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of failure to report an accident.

• Varnell A. Funches Jr., 26, was arrested by state police and booked into the Grundy County Jail on a charge of possession with the intent to deliver.
