Mother allegedly beats up girl’s rival
(MCT) — LOS ANGELES — A Los Angeles mother has been charged with going to a fight between her 12-year-old daughter and a schoolmate and beating the second girl, authorities said Wednesday.
The incident was captured on a cellphone video.
