Cubs cite 'progress' after meeting with rooftop owners on ad signs
(MCT) — The Chicago Cubs met with some owners of the rooftop clubs Monday afternoon to discuss advertising signs, a spokesman for the team’s owners said.
Dennis Culloton said the two sides, without anyone from the city or alderman’s office present, met for about two hours at the team’s offices on Waveland Avenue, across the street from Wrigley Field.
