Cloonen signs on as sponsor of concealed carry bill
Dear Editor,
Last week, I signed on as a co-sponsor of House Bill 997, which creates the Family and Personal Protection Act and would finally allow law-abiding residents the right to conceal and carry in Illinois. This legislation is long overdue.
