Cubs' plans starting to come to fruition
(MCT) — MESA, Ariz. — During the Cubs Convention last month, Tom Ricketts told fans a story of an interesting conversation he had over the summer with a Chicago taxi driver.
Listening to a Cubs game in St. Louis on the radio, the driver recognized it was the team's chairman sitting in the back seat of his cab.
