Morris swimmers won Clifton Crocodile Swim Meet

The Morris swimming team captured the Clifton Crocodile Swim Meet on Friday night, claiming the event with 468 points. Bradley Bourbonnais was second with 465 1/2 points.

"It's a great feeling. We put a lot of kids on the podium. It was nice to see them get the recognition," Morris coach Andrew Porth said. "Overall it was a great team effort."

The Redskins' 200-yard freestyle team of Anthony Ascolani, Jimmy Merideth, Jacob MacLean and Jordan Ramirez won in 1:38.14, though the locals also added five seconds and five thirds.
