MINOOKA — A Minooka family is part of a popular singer’s music video release which celebrates families. The Delucio family honors a dad and husband they lost, as country singer Josh Turner croons an upbeat song about finding “Me a baby to make a couple babies/so we’ll sing in harmony.” 

Trichelle Holland Delucio of Minooka follows the Facebook page of the bass-voiced singer Turner. In November, when Delucio read that Turner’s company was looking for families to be part of his newest music video, she realized her family, dealing with the loss of her husband, Bill, who died in 2008, had a story to tell about moving forward against the odds. So she emailed the singer, never expecting to hear back.
