COPS to host fundraising dance
Officer of Year to be named at annual event
JOLIET, Ill. — The Community Organization for the Police of Shorewood (COPS) is hosting its 19th annual Shorewood COPS fundraising dance, from 8 p.m. to midnight, Saturday, March 2, at the Elks Lodge banquet facilities, 250 S.E. Frontage Road, the intersection of U.S. 52 and Interstate 55 in Joliet.
The dance will feature the Take 3 Band, raffles and door prizes, as well as light hors d’oeuvres.
