Albert J. Pacione

Mr. Albert J. Pacione, 91, of Morris, died Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, at the Morris Hospital.

Born Jan. 7, 1922, Albert was the son of the late Nick and Concetta Pacione. 

Albert was a World War II veteran serving as a Screaming Eagles paratrooper in the 101st Airborne. He also enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. 

Survivors include four children, Charles Pacione, Donald Pacione, Gregory (Lynn) Pacione and Sheryl (Mark) Campbell; six grandchildren, Nick Pacione, Mike Pacione, Amy (Harry) Tidwell, Chris Pacione, Beth Pacione and Stephanie Campbell; an expecting great-grandchild; a brother, John (Annamae) Pacione; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Shirley C. Pacione; 11 siblings, Herman, Adia, Geno, Hugo, Arthur, Rome, Remis, Mary, Florence, Anthony and Mario. 

Cremation rites will be accorded. There will be no visitation.

Inurnment will be at Oakridge Cemetery at a later date.
