Edwards sentenced to 90 years for shooting
Joliet man convicted of murder in 2009 Channahon incident
JOLIET, Ill. — A Joliet man who was found guilty of first-degree murder in connection with the shooting death of a Channahon man has been sentenced to 90 years in prison, according to Will County State’s Attorney James Glasgow.
Matthew Edwards, 21, also was found guilty of attempted first-degree murder in December at the conclusion of a bench trial.
