Police Report: Kendall County

Eva Diaz Rodriguez, 50, of Aurora, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police March 22 on a charge of battery.

Alfonso Dagoberto Aguilar, 36, of Montgomery, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police March 23 on a charge of DUI. Aguilar allegedly drove off the roadway on Galena Road in Bristol and ended up upside down in the front yard of a residence on Galena Road. Aguilar was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, illegal transportation of alcohol, improper lane usage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Eddie Undre White, 29, of Montgomery, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police March 23 on a Kendall County Failure to Appear warrant for driving while license suspended.

Cassey Antoinette Van Deveer, 26, of Montgomery, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police March 24 on a Kendall County Failure to Appear warrant for obstructing a police officer.

Deborah Ann Romano, 49, of Oswego, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police March 24 on charges of criminal damage to property and domestic battery.

Alexander Diego Contreras, 23, of Brookfield, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police March 23 on charges of DUI and driving while license suspended. Contreras allegedly struck a tree on Creek Road in Little Rock, Ill.Contreras was also cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and no proof of insurance.

Josephus Turner, 62, of Aurora, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police March 24 on a charge of DUI.

Christopher Lopez, 29, of Berwyn, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police March 24 on a charge of driving while license suspended.

John Wayne Crow, 24, of Plainfield, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police March 25 on a Kendall County Failure to Appear warrant for possession of cannabis.

Alexander Diego Contreras, 23, of Brookfield, was arrested by Kendall county Sheriff’s police March 23 on a charge of aggravated resisting. Contreras was being processed on an unrelated charge March 23 when he broke free of deputies and began flailing his arms and striking Sheriff’s police. A deputy sustained an injury requiring medical attention while regaining control of Contreras.
