Dimarco goes to jail for forgery, identity theft

Jennifer R. Dimarco pleaded guilty to charges of forgery, a Class 3 felony, and identity theft, a Class 3 felony.

She was sentenced to 120 days in the Grundy County Jail, 30 months conditional discharge and ordered to pay more than $1,900 in restitution, court fines and costs. She is being given credit for 56 days in jail served.
