CENTURY 21 honors Coleman-Hornsby agents

Nine agents from CENTURY 21 Coleman-Hornsby earned awards for outstanding customer service. Receiving the Quality Service Producer Award were, seated from left, Theresa Lamb and Abbey Pool. A total of nine agents from CENTURY 21 Coleman-Hornsby earned awards for superior customer service in 2012.

Trophies were presented to them individually at the CENTURY 21 Awards Banquet.

Two agents earned the Quality Service Producer Award. To achieve this they received a customer service satisfaction rating of 95 percent or higher, based on surveys sent to their buyers and sellers in 2012.

In addition, a minimum number of returned surveys are required.  Those two agents are Abbey Pool and Theresa Lamb.

Seven agents received the Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award. This award is based on receiving a customer satisfaction rating of 95 percent or higher for at least two consecutive years, plus a minimum number of returned surveys.

Those agents are Debbie Pierce, Della Coughlin, Jim Maskel, JoEllyn Johnson, Rodney Baudino, Tami Ferguson and Shawn Hornsby.

CENTURY 21 Coleman-Hornsby agents received the most individual Quality Service Awards for outstanding customer service of any CENTURY 21 office in Illinois.
