Bookwalter set to retire

Leaving May 31 after 42 years with firm

Shirley Bookwalter plans to retire May 31, 2013, from RR Donnelley in Dwight after 42 years of service. 

Shirley began her career at RR Donnelley on May 5, 1969, as a material handler in the bindery.  She has received various promotions and held varied job titles throughout her RRD career, including quality inspector, examiner, inspector-book turner, inspector repairer, Rrouter mailer, and advance book quality inspector.

She currently holds the title of material handler 2 in the bindery.

Shirley resides in Braceville, Ill. She plans to rest, relax and spend free time with family and friends.
