Oswego man sought on warrant for battery

Kendall County Sheriff’s police issued a warrant May 16 for the arrest of an Oswego man who allegedly battered a family member.

Joaquin Banderas, 46, allegedly battered a family member and broke the complainant’s cell phone while that individual was trying to call police. Banderas then fled the scene.

Banderas is being sought on charges of domestic battery, interference with the reporting of a domestic battery, and criminal damage to property.
