Michael J. Sullivan, 31, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police July 9 on charges of domestic battery, violating an order of protection, resisting/obstructing a peace officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sullivan was taken to Grundy County jail.

Brad A. Bitzel, 24, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police July 9 on a charge of obstructing a peace officer and taken to Grundy County jail.

Jessica J. Baburek, 23, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police July 12 on a Grundy County failure to appear warrant for driving while license suspended.

Jose A. Acevedo-Lemus, 29, of Morris, was arrested by Morris police July 11 on a Grundy County failure to appear warrant for DUI.

Coal City

Shane M. Delarosa, 28, of Coal City, was arrested by Coal City police July 12 on a charge of domestic battery.

Channahon

Kelly J. Garcia, 23, of Texas, was arrested by Channahon police on an outstanding warrant out of Tazwell County.

Grundy County

Amy J. Welker, 41, of Braidwood, was arrested by Grundy County Sheriff’s police July 11 on a charge of DUI-drugs and cited for improper lane usage. Welker was taken to county jail in advance of an Aug. 12 court date.

Danielle M. Loeffler, 44, of Morris, was arrested by Grundy County Sheriff’s police July 12 on a charge of DUI. Loeffler posted bond and released with an Aug. 5 court date.

Michael J. Gliwa, 29, of Morris, was arrested by Grundy County Sheriff’s police July 14 on a charge of driving while license suspended and cited for failure to yield. Gliwa posted bond and was released with an Aug. 12 court date.

Joseph H. Frigo, 28, of Gardner, was arrested by Grundy County Sheriff’s police and booked into county jail July 13 on a charge of contempt of court.
Kendall County

Tyler Robin Page, 21, homeless, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police July 12 on a Kendall County failure to appear warrant for harrassment by telephone.

Christian Decicco, 19, of Addison, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police July 11 on a charge of speeding more than 40 MPH over the posted limit and cited for improper overtaking on the left while traveling in the same direction. Decicco was traveling 105 MPH in a 55 MPH zone.

Gabriel Guerrero, 19, of Aurora, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff’s police July 11 on a charge of driving while license suspended. During the stop, passengers Chazlyn Shanee Rodriguez, 20, of Batavia,was arrested for unlawful possession of cannabis, and Cristian Salvador Juarez, 20, of Aurora, was arrested for unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor.
