Harrington named to Trevecca Nazarene dean's list

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Katelyn Harrington, a sophomore early childhood education major from Coal City, was named to the Trevecca Nazarene University Spring 2013 dean’s list.

People on this list achieved a minimum 3.5 grade point average for the semester, and it recognizes their hard work.

Area students earn degrees

CHARLESTON – Degrees have now been officially awarded to more than 620 summer 2013 graduates at Eastern Illinois University. The graduating class includes 11 area students who acquired bachelor’s degrees.

Students were certified by their respective deans as having completed all requirements leading to the awarding of degrees.

The area students who received degrees include: Loren N. Bedeker and Melanie A. Bedeker, both of Dwight; Jordan M. Cryder, Ryan V. Funk, Tyler J. Matteson and Benjamin J. Olson, all of Morris; Loren L. Bellettini and Morgan E. Bellettini, both of Seneca; Amber L. Chatman and Anthony C. Costa, both of Shorewood; and Amanda A. Limbach of Verona.
