BRACEVILLE – Braceville Elementary School would like to publicly thank Operation St. Nick and the Bill and Rosemary Norton family for their recent donation to the school library.

Thanks to the Norton family and Operation St. Nick, almost $4,000 worth of books have found their way into the hands of excited students at Braceville Elementary School. Braceville is a small school in a small community and spending money on library books is sometimes a luxury it cannot afford. So, when teachers heard Braceville was selected to receive this generous donation, they eagerly began asking students to recommend books and authors. Suggestions came flooding in and more than 300 books were bought.

The Braceville teachers and students say thank you Norton family and Operation St. Nick for helping promote reading in their school.
