Morris Hospital Yorkville Campus set to open April 7

YORKVILLE – The Morris Hospital Yorkville Campus is scheduled to open for patient services on Monday. Initial offerings will include immediate care seven days a week, along with X-ray, ultrasound, CT scan and laboratory services.

Additional services that will be added later in the year include occupational medicine, mammography, physical therapy, primary care, cardiology and obstetrics/gynecology.

The 11,888 square foot facility is located just south of the intersection of Route 47 and Route 71 in Yorkville. Immediate Care will be open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and weekends from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Hospital officials will celebrate the opening of Morris Hospital Yorkville Campus with the Yorkville business community and elected officials at a ribbon cutting ceremony and reception today from 4 to 6 p.m.

On Sunday, the community is invited to an open house from 2 to 5 p.m. Attractions include free Beanie Boo stuffed animals for the first 300 children, glucose and blood pressure screenings, tours, a first aid kit station for kids and a raffle drawing for an iPad Mini2 and Playstation 4.
