MORRIS – Century 21 Coleman-Hornsby recently earned the Pinnacle Quality Service Award.
“At Century 21 Coleman-Hornsby, our clients are our first priority,” broker owner Shawn Hornsby said in a news release.
That was evident at the recent Century 21 Chicagoland Awards Banquet, where its office once again earned the Pinnacle Quality Service Award. This is the highest national award for outstanding customer satisfaction that an office can achieve.
Ten agents from Century 21 Coleman-Hornsby attended the ceremony held at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Rosemont. To achieve the Pinnacle designation, Century 21 Coleman-Hornsby received a customer satisfaction rating of 99 percent for more than two years in a row. Throughout 2013, surveys were sent from the Century 21 corporate office in New Jersey to all clients who either bought or sold a property using a Century 21 agent.
“Year after year our office earns the Pinnacle Award for superior customer service. I am proud of our team of agents who genuinely care about their clients and always seek to exceed their expectations,” Hornsby said in the release. “It is the reason that we have so many loyal customers, who become repeat clients and refer so many new clients to us.”
The 11 agents attending were: Abbey Pool, Rodney Baudino, Tom Wawczak, Debbie Pierce, Jim Maskel, JoEllyn Johnson, Kelly Adamick, Colleen Michalowski, Sue Ader, Theresa Lamb and Shawn Hornsby.
