Morris Dairy Queen to celebrate Miracle Treat Day

MORRIS – Blizzard Treats will be flowing Thursday during the Dairy Queen system’s ninth annual Miracle Treat Day at the Dairy Queen restaurant at 1243 Division St.

The event benefits the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, one of 170 hospitals supported by Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, according to a news release from Dairy Queen.

For every Blizzard Treat sold on Miracle Treat Day at this location, $2 will be donated to the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.

The featured Miracle Treat Day “Blizzard Treat of the Day” will be Oreo, which is still the most popular Blizzard Treat to date, according to the news release.
