Two teens cited for tobacco possession

MORRIS POLICE cited two teens for illegal possession of tobacco about 4:55 p.m. Thursday, June 25.

Felisha Heelan, 17, Braceville, and a 15-year-old juvenile were stopped by Morris police when they were seen smoking cigarettes in the 100 block of W. High Street.

Police reported the 15-year-old girl had a pack of cigarettes in her possession.

Both were given July 20 court dates and released.


A WOMAN posted $100 bond after she was charged with battery on Sunday, June 21.

Amy Flatness, 30, 2380 Peachtree, Diamond, was charged with punching Sarah Ullian several times and pulling her hair on W. Jefferson Street in Morris, about 9:10 p.m.

Fatness was given a July 20 court date.
