Man's revoked license charge upgraded to felony

A Joliet man, serving time in the Department of Corrections, has been sentenced to two years in prison for felony driving with a revoked license.

Frank Saenz, 48, Joliet, was arrested for driving with a revoked license Aug. 31, 2008, on Gore Road.

The charge was upgraded to a felony because of two priors, Jan. 9 and July 14, 2006, both in Will County.

He was given credit for 185 days served since April 21 and ordered to pay $180 costs.
