Traffic signals should be active todayCHANNAHON – Residents should see the traffic signals at the entrance of Hunter’s Crossing, at U.S. 6 and Bell Road, functioning today, Wednesday, Nov. 4. According to Channahon Director of Public Works Ed Dolezal, crews finished laying the sensors in the street Monday of this week, were to do the striping Tuesday, and the lights were to be turned on Wednesday. The traffic signals at the busy intersection have been important to residents in town and were even one of the top issues during Channahon’s last local elections. Comments
