Michael Kaiser, 50, 2450 Stellon, Diamond, was fined $100 for not having a valid license, March 10 at Division and Daley streets, Diamond. A petition was filed in circuit court Tuesday, seeking to forfeit a 1990 Oldsmobile Toronado. November 19, 2009 Thomas Clifford, 23, Braidwood, was placed on conditional discharge for two years, fined $100 and ordered to do 340 hours of community service work for resisting police. He was also fined $160 for driving with a suspended license. He was charged June 5 with driving with a suspended license at Division and School streets, Diamond, then running from the scene. A battery charge against Ronald Childers, 28, Crest Hill, was upgraded to a felony in circuit court Tuesday. A suit filed by a man injured while working for a tree service has been dismissed in circuit court for lack of prosecution. November 18, 2009 A 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier was ordered forfeited Monday when the owner failed to appear in circuit court. Friday, in circuit court, illegal consumption of liquor charges were dismissed against the following: Justin Porter, 18, 315 North St.; Troy Granger, 18, 1252 Brendon; Adam Tondini, 19, 1726 Cemetery Road; Andrew Tondini, 19, 1726 Cemetery Road; David Balzer, 18,Taller Dr.; Kevin Bell, 18, 1051 Park Blvd.; Zachary Flood, 18, Johnson Ave.; Katherine Mallory, 17, 1748 Little Willow; and Samantha Welch, 18, 1858 Stoneybrook. They were charged April 18 at 315 North St. November 17, 2009 Two men pleaded guilty to drug charges when they appeared in circuit court last week. A South Wilmington man was placed on probation for 30 months when he appeared in circuit court last week and pleaded guilty to felony deceptive practice charges. Jimmy Poole, 25, 711 Armstrong St., was placed on conditional discharge for two years and fined $675 for DUI. He was ordered to complete counseling and attend a victim impact panel. He was charged June 2 by Morris police at Liberty and Main streets. An Iowa man was placed on probation for 18 months when he appeared in circuit court last week and pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of more than 500 grams of marijuana. |
